Olerra Living Innovations

Privacy Policy

Effective July 21, 2026

Olerra Living Innovations ("Olerra," "we," "us") designs and builds accessory dwelling units (ADUs) in Colorado. This policy explains what information we collect through olerra.com and when you contact us, and how we use it.

In short: we use the information you give us to respond to your request and to run and promote our business, as explained below. We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money.

Information you give us

Depending on which form you use and how you reach out, this may include your name, contact details, your property address, and information about your project — along with anything else you choose to include when you submit a form, email, or call us.

Information collected automatically

When you visit olerra.com, we, our service providers, and our advertising and analytics partners collect standard technical information: the pages you view, the site or ad that referred you, and general device and browser details. If you arrive from an ad or campaign link, we store its parameters (such as UTM tags and Google or Meta click IDs) in your browser for up to 90 days so that, if you later contact us, we know which ad or search brought you. We share some of this activity with our advertising and analytics partners, as described in Who we share information with and Cookies & similar technologies below.

How we use your information

  • To do what you asked — email you the handbook you requested, run your Property Check, and schedule, confirm, and follow up on your consultation.
  • To communicate about your project — respond to questions and discuss your ADU plans, quote, or build.
  • To measure and improve our advertising and website — understand which ads, searches, and pages bring visitors and leads, and share activity data with our advertising and analytics partners to measure results, build and match audiences, and show and optimize our ads to you and to similar people, including on other websites and platforms.
  • To send occasional updates — we may email you about our ADU services. You can unsubscribe at any time.

How we contact you

We contact you the way you asked. If you give us your phone number and choose phone or text as your preferred contact method, we may call or text you about your request — message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to any text to opt out. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link.

Who we share information with

We share personal information with the companies and partners that help us run our business and our advertising:

  • Website hosting and maintenance providers.
  • Our customer-relationship and scheduling platform, which stores form submissions and manages appointments and messages.
  • Email and text-message delivery providers.
  • Advertising and analytics platforms (such as Google and Meta). We share website activity and campaign data with these platforms to measure how our ads perform, to build and match audiences, and to show and optimize our advertising to you and to similar people on their services and across the web.
  • Our professional advisors — such as accountants, insurers, and lawyers — when they need the information to advise us.

We may also disclose personal information when we believe it is required or permitted by law, to respond to lawful requests, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Olerra or others; and in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of some or all of our assets. We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money.

Cookies & similar technologies

We use cookies and browser storage (localStorage) to remember campaign attribution for up to 90 days, keep the site working, and measure and target advertising. Our advertising and analytics partners (such as Google and Meta) may also set their own cookies and use similar technologies when you visit our site or arrive from one of our ads, including to build audiences and show you ads on other sites. You can clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings; the site will still work, though we may no longer know which ad referred you.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as we're working with you, and for a reasonable period afterward for records, legal, and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see your rights below.

Your rights & choices

If you are a Colorado resident, the Colorado Privacy Act gives you the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request a copy of it, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, and certain profiling. Residents of other states with comparable privacy laws may have similar rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email sales@olerra.com. We may need to verify your identity before we act on your request, and we will respond within the time your state's law allows — 45 days under the Colorado Privacy Act, which we may extend where permitted. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and we'll take a second look.

Separately, and wherever you live, you can opt out of our marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by replying STOP to any text.

Children

Our site and services are for homeowners and are not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No website or system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version here with a new effective date.
